Return and exchange
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
To make a refund: contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item.
After contacting us, you will receive a return label, and after sending the goods to our warehouse in the United States, we will refund you in full.
To cancel an order: contact me within 3 hours after purchase.
To exchange an order: contact me within 3 hours after purchase.
We will refund or resend the goods if the order came to you damaged due to the fault of the store.
We are not responsible for the delivery service.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
